Apple harvest

My neighbor has some lovely apple trees and they are ready to be harvested! She invited us over to take as many as we wanted- she hates for them to go to waste and the freeze warnings are coming.

I'm so excited to try out some new recipes! Here are a few that look so GOOD...and I'll be trying out this weekend!

I also want to try canning some apple pie filling. A couple ladies from church have offered to come by and help me. Woohoo!
