Monday MUNCHIES!!!!!!


Key Lime Pie:

4 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice

Combine ingredients and our into a graham cracker crust. Top with whipped cream or meringue.
Keep refrigerated and serve chilled. Garnish with lime peels or slices.


Meringue (optional):

3 egg whites; beaten stiff
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 Tbs. cornstarch

Beat very well. Spread on top of filling.
