RICE AND GREEN CHLIES
1 c. raw rice cooked
2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
Cook rice and combine with sour cream, chopped cheese and chilies, and spread mixture into a spray greased or butter greased baking dish. Grate some cheese and put on top of the casserole with dots of butter. Heat for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 6 servings.
This is absolutely wonderful- yum yum! One of my favorites!
