PARTY PARTY PARTY

hahahahaha! Ya right!
This New Year's Eve was like many of the past.

The girls get all excited about staying up until midnight and talk about it all day long!

We get out some fireworks (saved over from the 4th of July)

We usually make noise-makers- but I found some old party blower left overs.

We watch bowl games most of the night. (the Auburn Clemson game turned out to be really good!) Complete with tailgating snacks.

Corynn starts to tire-out about 10:00pm.

The twins konk out around 10:30pm

And usually John and I are in bed by 11- BUT not this year!

The Auburn Clemson game ran late and we were talking - before we knew it was 11:50. So we waited 10 more minutes so we could say we officially welcomed in 2008. We never stay up- so this was a big deal for us! Our neighborhood let off a pretty spectacular fireworks display...probably a good thing we didn't light ours off- they didn't even compare! Would have been embarrassing! :)

the picture above is from Champions earlier in the day...my secret weapon for getting them to bed early (tire them out in the adventure play gym, hehehehehehe!)

Happy New Year! All of our kids were able to stay awake except for Lucy and we are all paying for it!!
Cranky! But they sure are proud of themselves.

Happy New Year Kelly Family! Our family grew a little over the holidays, Gavin Joseph joined our family four weeks early on December 26th. I had him in Oregon. We were there visiting John's family and baby G decided it was time. We just got back today, but I wanted to call you. Everything was just a little too crazy. Hopefully we can get together later in the week.

crazy crazy girl! You need to rest! But if the weather warms a little I would love to stop by! I don't have any kids Friday morning so we'll see! Congrats and I can't wait to see him!

Happy New Year! M and M were too grouchy, so we sent them to bed about 11:30, I headed up to bed and Matt played guitar hero to welcome in the new year. Ahh, the romance.
Thanks for the yummy Christmas goodies!!
